In 2008, Southside Community Services combined with PhotoAccess and the children at Narrabundah Primary School who attend the On Track program to make the film “I am Awesome U Know”. The project was funded by artsACT and the film has been shown publicly in Canberra.
Copies of the DVD are available at Southside Community Services and PhotoAccess to anyone interested.
In making the film we hoped to give a voice to this group of young Canberra boys to express who they are and what is important to them now and in the future. |
