 Optimum Training and Development (OTD) is a Nationally recognised training institution, dedicated to providing high quality endorsed training and professional development services throughout New South Wales (NSW), the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and surrounding region. Developed in 2000, OTD has established itself as a well regarded training provider, especially in the Community Services sector.

OTD offers a range of accredited courses in the areas of Children's Services, Beauty and General Education for Adults. It also offers an extensive range of specialised Professional Development and customised training workshops catering to various needs, as well as work experience placements for students.
Optimum Training and Development is an operating division and registered business name of Southside Community Services Inc. and is located in the Southside Community Services building in Narrabundah, a short 10 minute drive from Canberra's central business district.

Optimum Training and Development offers a mixed variety of Professional Development (PD) and customised workshops throughout the year to cater for the ever-changing needs of the community services sector. Organisations are continually informed of changes that occur and the training that can be provided to their organisation.
Optimum Training and Development prides itself on the ability to be flexible and innovative in the customisation of sessions, workshops, staff meetings, parent meetings and conference days. All clients and target groups have individual learning needs and require particular outcomes from their sessions.
